The Ocean State Workshop is NCMA Rhode Island’s bi-annual professional development event, and this year’s theme is Wartime Readiness Planning (WARP). WARP discussions will center on readiness within the Contracts Department at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center – Div. Newport, and will help align and prepare the contracting community with the possibilities of a highly fluid and uncertain environment.
