SUMMARY:CHANGE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION CLOSES MARCH 27\, 2018\nChange management. You’ve heard the term. But doesn’t it seem like an oxymoron\, as managing is typically about making life predictable\, and change is about unpredictability. \nLet’s think of it another way. What’s your job as a leader? To keep life the same or to navigate change? And if the latter\, then do you lead change based on fear or based on aspiration? This semi-workshop will look at leading change based on an approach that was taught to us over 30 years ago by Deming\, that is powerfully relevant today. The goal of this event? To give you a clear decision with these seemingly contradictory choices\, so that you can begin to better live your calling as a leader in times of change. \nDATE AND LOCATION OF EVENT\nDate: April 3\, 2018\nLocation: Atlantic Resort\, 240 Aquidneck Avenue\, Middletown\, RI 02842 \nCOST OF EVENT\nNCMA Members: No Charge (Register via e-mail to ncmarichapter@gmail.com Valid member number required)\nGovernment: $15.00 (Pay online – Valid .mil e-mail required (no ctr@navy.mil for example)\nNon-Memebrs: $35.00 (Pay online) \nSCHEDULE OF EVENT\n\n\n1100-1130: Check- In\n1130-1200: Lunch Served\n1200-1330: Speaker Presentation/Workshop\n1200-1330: Networking
